I felt that my inspection was very detailed and accurate of all discrepancies, particularly the main problems. The specifics about the problems were put in Layman's terms which avoided a lot of confusion. Had a great experience with my 11 month warranty home inspection process. Bastian was quick to respond, scheduled me within a very reasonable timeframe, provided some professional feedback and tips for my home as he did my walk thru. He was efficient, very meticulous with his inspection, and extremely courteous to my home. I had a new home build that was previously not inspected by Bastian, he found some items that were not seen in the primary inspection and even gave me professional tips on how to improve some of my current home maintenance items. For a home inspection, Bastion provided exceptional service in a timely manner and produced a very thorough report. His attention to detail and attentive descriptions not only provided complete descriptions of issues but also his report gave some explanation of how he tested each item and to what level of importance should be considered. Wouldn't let me get over to the point he was almost about to crash me with my kids in the truck, speed limit 35mph easily going 50. This is the result this guy is the worst. I will make sure to reach out to customers that where planning on using you!!! Completely unprofessional. Welp your response is wrong... you where passing g neuse sport shop as I was pulling out of the middle lane. You where several car links behind. Have been down there for over 40 years, and never seen someone act like there 5 and on top of that get busted clear as day with the middle finger I saw 7 times.( I might add you never passed or went around , thats right you couldnt advance at all., except for flying all around me. Its simple you where speeding and it was obvious. See the person you are! automatically assume i am out to get you, great way to  deflect. You blocked me on Facebook  which was my real account (no keyboard warrior bud)because of 6k followers I see 😉 all good I was just wanting to inform your clients of what the child they are dealing with behind close doors. I hired 2 the core home inspection to come look at a deck that I just had built a couple of months ago. Bastian took the time to check over everything and provided me with a detailed report. He was professional and kind. He also made himself available for questions after the report and took the time to come back out to check a couple of things I questioned. I sure wish I knew him when I bought my house  here in Emerald Isle 8 years ago. The home inspector I used was horrible.
