We’ll Buy Your Home
Additional Terms of InterNACHI’s ‘We’ll Buy Your Home’ Guarantee Program:
- Exclusion Criteria for the Buy-Back Guarantee: Homes without significant defects at the time of inspection, as defined in InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice, are excluded from the buy-back guarantee. Similarly, homes with issues not required to be inspected according to InterNACHI’s Standards are also excluded from the guarantee.
- Scope of the Guarantee: The guarantee is applicable only to your primary residence.
- Sale Requirements: To qualify for the guarantee, the home must be listed for sale through a licensed real estate agent.
- Validity Period: The guarantee can be claimed up to 90 days after the completion of the property sale.
- Inspector Qualification: The property inspection must be conducted by an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® who is participating in the Buy-Back Program.
- Financial Arrangements: In the event of a buy-back, InterNACHI® will pay the purchase price of the house. However, the owners are responsible for any applicable fees and real estate commissions.
